User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies whenever you subscribe to the Metaform newsletter, submit feedback, or otherwise interact with the Service.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
2. Your Account and Identifiers
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including the email address you supply for the newsletter. You may not impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Submissions
Story tips and other materials you submit to Metaform are provided on a non-confidential basis unless we explicitly agree otherwise. You grant Metaform a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such material for editorial purposes, with source protection as described in our editorial standards.
4. Community Conduct
- Do not send unlawful, defamatory or harassing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt our services or those of our vendors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Metaform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Metaform BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF Metaform HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Termination
Metaform may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC for resolution.
