TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Metaform FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Metaform, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC for resolution.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
